There’s been great dialogue between researchers championing the important work we all do. The weather has ranged from very hot to snow in five days. Meetings had been something that were quite alien to me until I came to Rothamsted. I think it depends on the size and dynamic of your research group. When I was at Sheffield University, our group was very small and meetings was just something that we didn’t really do.
